The food we eat helps us look and feel energized, balanced and vibrant. That’s why we’ve paired your challenge with recipes that are nutritious and tasty- to get you glowing from the inside out.

Here’s a tasty smoothie recipe that will jumpstart that inner glow:

Immunity Boosting Smoothie:

Servings: 2

Meals: M1, M2

Gluten free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 teaspoon fresh or ground ginger

  • 1 tablespoon  honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  • Scoop of TIU Vanilla Protein or Collagen

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until the smoothie is nice and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.

  2. Add unsweetened plant-based milk or ice until desired consistency

  3. Enjoy immediately!
