If you’re looking for fun ways to earn your miles here’s a few tips:
Walk it out! Go for an outdoor walk with your pets, friends, or family.
Stroller walk! Mom’s you’re going to love this one! If you feel like you don’t have enough hours in your day – take your little one for a stroller walk. You can easily incorporate lunges, chest presses, and kickbacks for an extra burn.
Weekend hike: Head to a local trail and get some fresh air! Take your girls and make an activity out of it.
Sprinkle small walks throughout the day! Here’s some easy ways to incorporate more small walks:
